Sub-Project 12(Sang-Lee Cho): Impact of service robots on consumers

Key Research Activities

  • Define the relationship between customer satisfaction with service robots and overall corporate satisfaction
  • Investigate the impact of service robot satisfaction on consumer loyalty
  • Analyze differences in consumer response based on the level of anthropomorphism
  • Identify consumers' psychological experiences (e.g., pleasure vs. displeasure) based on the degree of anthropomorphism, and determine its influence on their intent to stay and visit
