Key Research Activities
- Define the relationship between customer satisfaction with service robots and overall corporate satisfaction
- Investigate the impact of service robot satisfaction on consumer loyalty
- Analyze differences in consumer response based on the level of anthropomorphism
- Identify consumers' psychological experiences (e.g., pleasure vs. displeasure) based on the degree of anthropomorphism, and determine its influence on their intent to stay and visit
