Regional AI Talent Development Council |
- Forms the Regional AI Talent Development Council and establishes a talent development partnership with local businesses
- Responsible for promoting the Graduate School of Artificial Intelligence through various channels (e.g., website, bulletin boards, group chats, SNS, YouTube channel).

Performance Management Committee |
- Establishes a systematic framework to evaluate and enhance project outcomes, including goal setting, development, performance review, and execution adjustments
- Performs regular self-assessments to monitor project performance and determine research funding adjustments, eligibility, and stipends
- Advises the center on evaluation and improvement measures based on quantitative outputs (e.g., technology transfer, patents, papers)
