Article 1 (Purpose)

1. These terms and conditions specify matters related to the terms and procedures for using the web service operated by "AI Grand ICT Research Center "AI Grand ICT Research Center (" hereinafter referred to as AI Grand ICT Research Center")
2.Please fully understand the contents of membership registration before registering. These terms and conditions apply to all members using all web services operated by AI Grand ICT Research Center, and it is your responsibility to read and understand them.

Article 2 (Notice and Effect of Terms and Conditions)

1. The contents of these terms and conditions become effective when they are posted on the web service screen or notified to members by other means.
2. AI Grand ICT Research Centermay change these terms and conditions, and the changed terms and conditions become effective when notified by the same method as in Paragraph 1.
3. Membership registration means registering for the web service provided by AI Grand ICT Research Center and agreeing to the terms and conditions of the web service. AI Grand ICT Research Center reserves the right to change all or part of the terms and conditions of the web service with or without notice at all times. If you cannot respond promptly to such changes or object to them for reasons of not being notified, We ask that you do not make any mistakes later, as you cannot raise this issue.

Article 3 (Rules other than Terms and Conditions)

Matters not specified in these Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the provisions of the Framework Act on Telecommunications, the Telecommunications Business Act, the Framework Act on Electronic Commerce, the Electronic Signature Act, the Mail Order Sales Act, and other related laws and regulations.

Article 4 (Definitions of Terms)

The definitions of terms used in these Terms and Conditions are as follows:

1. Member: A person who has entered into a contract for the use of AI Grand ICT Research Center's web service
2. ID: A combination of letters and numbers selected by the member and approved by AI Grand ICT Research Center for member identification and member service use
3. Password: A combination of letters and numbers selected by the member to protect his or her own confidentiality in communication
4. Withdrawal: A member's expression of intent to terminate the service agreement after using the service
5. Dormant Account: A member who has registered as a user who has not logged in for the past 3 years. Personal information and learning history of members corresponding to dormant accounts may be deleted for the protection and management of personal information. (However, after deleting all dormant accounts, the previously used Please note that you cannot re-register on the AI ​​Grand ICT Research Center site with your ID.)

Chapter 2 Service Use Agreement

Article 1 (Establishment of Use Agreement)

1. When applying for service subscription, if you read these terms and conditions and click the "Agree" button, you are considered to have agreed to these terms and conditions.
2. The use agreement is established when you select "Complete" after entering your member information.
3. Those who wish to register as members and use the service must provide the personal information requested by AI Grand ICT Research Center.
4. The use agreement is concluded with one ID per member in principle.

Article 2 (Application for Use)

Application for use follows the online application form.

Article 3 (Approval of Application for Use)

When a member accurately fills in all the items specified in Article 2 of Chapter 2 and applies for use, it is approved.

Article 4 (Disapproval of Application for Use)

1. The web service may reject registration for the following applications for use, or may modify or delete member information without notifying the member even after registration. There are.

1) If you apply using someone else's name
2) If you apply by falsely entering required information when applying for use
3) If you apply for the purpose of disrupting social order and morals
4) If you are registered as a delinquent in accordance with the Credit Information Use and Protection Act
5) If it is difficult to approve use due to other reasons attributable to the applicant
2. AI Grand ICT Research Centermay not approve the following applications for use until the reasons for restricting approval are resolved.
1) If there is no room in the AI Grand ICT Research Center facilities
2) If there is a technical problem with the AI Grand ICT Research Center
3) If the AI Grand ICT Research Center deems it necessary
3. AI Grand ICT Research Centermust notify the applicant if the application for use is not approved or approval is restricted.

Article 5 (Changes to Contractual Terms)

Members must make changes online if the information entered when applying for use has changed.

Article 6 (Sharing Member Information)

1.AI When Grand ICT Research Center partners, acquires, spins off, or merges with other organizations to provide better services, member information may be shared.
2. In the case of events where various prizes are provided, winner registration information may be shared through consultation with the prize sponsor.
3. In the event of occurrence of the reasons in Paragraphs 1 and 2, AI Grand ICT Research Center must notify members of the facts.

Article 7 (Use of Additional Member Information)

AI Grand ICT Research Center uses additional member information provided by members when using community services only for management and statistical purposes.

Article 8 (Provision of Information)

AI Grand ICT Research Center may provide members with information about the use of services and various events or information services of AI Grand ICT Research Center by e-mail or postal mail.

Article 9 (Protection of Personal Information)

1. AI Grand ICT Research Center must obtain the consent of the relevant user when collecting personal information.
2. Personal information may not be used for internal management, statistics, or other purposes other than those in Article 6 of Chapter 2, or provided to third parties without the consent of the user. AI Grand ICT Research Center assumes all responsibility for any damage to users resulting from provision, loss, theft, leakage, or alteration.

Chapter 3 Service Use

Article 1 (Service Use)

Service use is in principle available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, unless there are special operational or technical issues at AI Grand ICT Research Center. However, when AI Grand ICT Research Center deems it necessary to improve the service, such as for regular inspections, the service may be temporarily suspended after prior notice.

Article 2 (Suspension of Service Provision)

AI Grand ICT Research Center may suspend the provision of the service in the following cases:

1. In cases where it is unavoidable to perform maintenance on the equipment, etc.
2. In cases where a fixed-term telecommunications service provider suspends telecommunications services as prescribed by the Telecommunications Business Act.
3. In cases where your company is unable to provide the service for any other reason

Article 3 (Deletion of File Information and Deletion of Member Rights)

1. If AI Grand ICT Research Center determines that there is no spare capacity in the equipment for the service, it may delete member information and personal information as necessary.
2. AI Grand ICT Research Center may search the information and personal information of members who are judged to have problems with the operation or security of the service without prior notice.
3. In the case of Paragraph 1, AI Grand ICT Research Center shall notify the relevant information in advance through the service or e-mail.

Chapter 4 Restrictions on Service Use and Contract Termination

Article 1 (Restrictions on Service Use)

1. Members shall not fall under any of the following items when using the service, and service use may be restricted in such cases.

1) Acts of unauthorized use of another member's ID
2) Acts for the purpose of criminal activity or other acts related to criminal activity
3) Acts that harm good customs or other social order
4) Acts of defaming or insulting others
5) Acts of infringing upon others' intellectual property rights, etc
6) Acts of hacking or distributing computer viruses
7) Acts of continuously transmitting certain content such as advertising information against the will of others
8) Any acts that hinder or are likely to hinder the safe operation of the service
9) Other acts that violate related laws Acts

Article 2 (Contract Termination)

1. When a member wishes to terminate the service contract, he/she must apply to AI Grand ICT Research Center at least 1 day prior to the date of termination (however, if the termination date is a public holiday, he/she must apply to AI Grand ICT Research Center at least 2 days prior to the public holiday) through the service or e-mail.
2. AI Grand ICT Research Center may terminate the service contract if a member violates the provisions of Article 1 of Chapter 4 and fails to resolve the violation within the period specified by AI Grand ICT Research Center.
3. AI Grand ICT Research Center may restrict approval for a certain period of time if a member whose membership was terminated pursuant to Paragraph 2 reapplies for use.

Chapter 5 Responsibilities

Article 1 (Member's Obligations)

1. The member is responsible for all management of his/her member ID and password.
2. The member ID and password cannot be transferred, leased, or loaned to another person without the prior approval of AI Grand ICT Research Center.
3. If his/her member ID is used illegally, the member You must notify AI Grand ICT Research Center of that fact.
4. If there is a change in the information provided in the application form, the member must notify AI Grand ICT Research Center of that change through the service.
5. The member must comply with the provisions of these Terms and Conditions and related laws and regulations.

Article 2 (Duties of AI Grand ICT Research Center)

1. AI Grand ICT Research Center shall make the service available for use on the service provision start date requested by the member in accordance with these Terms and Conditions, except in the cases provided for in Articles 1 and 2 of Chapter 3.
2. AI Grand ICT Research Center is obligated to provide continuous and stable services in accordance with the provisions of these Terms and Conditions. However, AI Grand ICT Research Center shall not be held responsible in any way for any loss of personal information of members due to unavoidable circumstances.
3. AI Grand ICT Research Center shall not disclose or distribute personal information of members to others without their consent. However, this shall not apply in cases where there is a request from a government agency, etc. in accordance with relevant laws such as the Telecommunications Act.
4. AI Grand ICT Research Center shall immediately process opinions or complaints raised by members if it is deemed legitimate. However, if immediate processing is difficult, the member shall be notified of the reason and processing schedule.

Article 3 (Deletion of Posts or Contents)

AI Grand ICT Research Center may delete posts or contents of the service without prior notice or consent if they violate the provisions of Article 1 of Chapter 4 or exceed the posting period specified by AI Grand ICT Research Center.

Chapter 6 Compensation for Damages and Disclaimers

Article 1 (Compensation for Damages)

AI Grand ICT Research Center shall not be liable for any damages incurred by members in connection with the use of the service, except in cases where such damages are due to gross negligence of AI Grand ICT Research Center.

Article 2 (Disclaimers)

1. AI Grand ICT Research Center shall be exempt from liability for providing the service if it is unable to provide the service due to a natural disaster or other force majeure.
2. AI Grand ICT Research Center shall not be liable for any service disruption caused by the member's fault.
3. AI Grand ICT Research Center shall not be liable for any loss or profit expected by members from using the service or any damages resulting from data obtained through the service.
4. AI Grand ICT Research Center shall not be liable for the reliability, accuracy, etc. of the information, data, and facts posted by members on the service.
5. The member is fully responsible for any damages caused by carelessness in managing or using the member ID and password, or any unauthorized use by a third party.
6. If the member violates Article 1 of Chapter 4 or other provisions of these Terms and Conditions, causing AI Grand ICT Research Center to be held liable to the member or a third party, and thereby causing damage to AI Grand ICT Research Center, the member who violated these Terms and Conditions shall compensate AI Grand ICT Research Center for all damages incurred and indemnify AI Grand ICT Research Center from such damages.

Chapter 7 Community Use

Article 1 (Restrictions on Community Use)

1. AI Grand ICT Research Center operates a community service so that users can express their opinions and share common interests.

2. The following items may restrict community use, but are not limited to these items.

1) Acts that infringe, abuse, misappropriate, threaten, harass, or otherwise violate the legal rights of others, such as privacy and publicity rights.
2) Publish, post, post, distribute, or disseminate any inappropriate, profane, defamatory, infringing, obscene, vulgar, or illegal title, name, material, or information.
3) Upload files that contain software or other material protected by intellectual property laws, unless you own or control the rights thereto or have obtained all necessary consents.
4) Uploading materials that contain viruses, contaminated files, or other similar software or programs that may damage another person's computer
5) Advertising or selling goods or services for commercial purposes
6) Conducting research, contests, pyramid schemes, or sending chain letters
7) Downloading files that users know or reasonably expect to know cannot be legally distributed because they have been posted by other community users
8) Falsifying or removing the author's name, legal or other appropriate notices, or trademarks or marks indicating the source or origin of software or other materials included in uploaded files
9) Restricting or prohibiting other users from using or enjoying the community
10) Posting obscene content that violates public order and morals, content that promotes or preaches a specific religion, or content that slanders or incites regional sentiments, or other unsophisticated content

3. AI Grand ICT Research Center reserves the right to terminate your access to part or all of the community at any time and for any reason without notice.

Article 2 (Responsibilities of AI Grand ICT Research Center)

1. AI Grand ICT Research Center has no obligation to censor the Community. However, AI Grand ICT Research Center reserves the right to disclose information to satisfy applicable laws, regulations, legal procedures, or governmental requests, or to edit, refuse to send, or remove all or part of any information or materials at AI Grand ICT Research Center's sole discretion.
2. You acknowledge that all Community Services are public communications and not private communications, and as a result, your communications may be read by others without your knowledge. You should always exercise caution when sending information about you or your children to the Community that may identify you. AI Grand ICT Research Center does not control or approve the content, messages, or information contained in the Community.
3. AI Grand ICT Research Center expressly disclaims any responsibility for the Community and any incidents that may arise from your participation in the Community.

Chapter 8 Other

Article 1 (Changes to Terms and Conditions)

When revising the Terms and Conditions, there is an obligation to notify at least 7 days in advance, and in cases where it is disadvantageous to consumers, notification must be made 30 days in advance.

Article 2 (Resolution of Disputes)

1. AI Grand ICT Research Center and members must make all necessary efforts to amicably resolve any disputes that arise in connection with the service.
2. Notwithstanding the provisions of Paragraph 1, in the event of a lawsuit being filed due to the dispute, the court of jurisdiction under the Civil Procedure Act shall be the exclusive court of jurisdiction.
